Pennine Pullman model 535 SE year 2000

New member needing some advice please due to the weather am unable to open my folding camper to find out some info I need. Which is

1. The length of the hinges that holds the lid over the sink as mine rusty/broken

2. The waste outlet size so I can get pipework to fit

3. Diagram/Instructions how to put the awning up

I tried Pennine and was told they are only a small company and they would need to physically open a camper to see (They are only the manufacturer)
