The electric step on my 2006 Swift 630G motorhome has come away from its mountings on the underside of the floor, I've been told by the local dealer that this is a common problem with swift motorhomes with a front door.

Has anyone experienced similar problems, what is the cause and finally what repairs need to be carried out to rectify the fault.
