Ace Jubilee Statesman

I have a 2002 Ace Jubilee Statesman caravan which seems to have developed a leak under the floor outside the toilet compartment in front of the wash basin. Our caravan is on a seasonal pitch and the floor is always dry when we are there but after a day or less the carpet is that area is wet. We have determined that it is not the toilet and we don't use the shower. Has anybody else had a problem before we have to cut away the carpet to get underneath.
