winter route to spain?

could anyone kindly advise a suitable route through France in Feb? starting from Calais,ultimate destination Murcia in Spain. will be traveling with 2dogs and my wife. most french sites seem to be closed at this time. thanks Rob

We traveled to Spain last november and stayed at the following sites
Camping Sorel - About 35ish miles north of Paris
Camping municipal le Chanset - south east of Clarmont Ferrand
Camping Europa - Just north of Perpignan
Camping Ribamar - in Alcossebre

Our final site was Camping La Manga on the Mar Menor
