Gas supplies in Norway & Sweden

We're planning our first motorhome trip to Scandinavia. Any advice on gas supplies would be welcome.
We have space for only a 7kg bottle so when we go abroad we usually switch (reluctantly, owing to cost) to Camping Gaz, widely available in much of Europe. I understand it's not available in Scandinavia. So, can we expect to get a suitably small propane cylinder on arrival which could be easily swapped when empty? Would we easily get a suitable regulator which we could attach to our gas supply pipe?
