Any information on the Alan Rogers guides for Camp Sites on Tom-Tom Sat Nav
Are they Camping Cheque sites ?

Alan Rogers is the UK Agent for Camping Cheques however Camping Cheques and the AR Guides are different products.

Many of the Camping Cheque sites are in the AR Guides and I believe that AR produces a guide in pdf format giving details of all the Camping Cheques sites that are spread across their five different guides.

If you go to the AR website, Alan Rogers Campsite Guides - Camping in France, Spain, Italy and more..., you will find details of a product (MyPOIs) that can be bought enabling you to get the POIs of around 4000 campsites in the AR guides. This is produced by a Dutch Company called MyPOIWorld. The product is also available on a CDROM.

A small program is loaded onto the computer which allows the laptop/computer to talk to the sat nav and download the latest updates to the POIs. This automatic updating is good for one year.

The product works well with the two TomTom sat navs I have owned. Check website for compatibility.
